性質の悪いクレーマー

台湾のギャンブラーがラスベガスのカジノを訴えた。
２００万ドル(約１億９０００万円)負けた台湾の男性が、
自分が大負けしたのは風水で運気を損なわれたからだと主張したとか……
ホテル側がスウィートルームの穴を黒い布で覆ったり、２枚の白いタオルをかけていたり、
この部屋に向かい合う２台の大型ファンを回したため、
自分の運気が損なわれたと言っているらしいのだが、ここがポイント
男性が滞在中にこうした配置換えを発見して以降
４０万ドル勝っていたのが一気に２００万ドルまで負け込んだという。

気付いていたのに、その後もギャンブルをやって負けたんだから、
明らかに自分の責任でしょう!!!
負けた後にその事に気付いて激怒、ならまだ判らなくも無いのだが……

こういう、理不尽で意味不明なクレーマーって国や年代問わずに居るもんだね。
クレームを付けられる立場からすれば、迷惑甚だしいですが。
と、クレーム対応をしたことがある体験者は偉そうに語ってみた。
こちらに明らかに非があるのなら、別に構わんのだがね……
