東京マグニチュード8.0 第１１話

東京マグニチュード8.0の最終話を見ました。
悠貴の死という事実を突きつけられた未来は……

第１１話-悠貴へ-

悠貴とイツキが付けていた、
マロニエの苗木の観察日記を受け取った未来だったが、
同時に悠貴の死を再認識し、重い足取りのまま家路に着くこととなる。

途中の公園で足を止めていた未来だが、
再び悠貴が姿を現して未来に帰宅を促す。

辿り着いた家で未来は母親と再会し、
足を怪我した父親の元へ向かうが、
「一緒に家へ帰る」という約束を果たした悠貴は、
未来の前から姿を消してしまった。

そして震災から１ヶ月が過ぎ、
夏休みも終わりに近付いたある日のこと。
悠貴を守れなかった自責の念から落ち込んでいた未来の元へ、
未来が忘れていった悠貴の鞄を携えて、
真理が尋ねてくるのだった。

率直な感想としてはとりあえず
未来の壮大な夢オチにならなくて良かった
ってところでしょうか……(これが一番心配だった)

悠貴くん、良い子だ。ものすごく良い子だ。
幼いのに格好良いよ。
お姉ちゃん想いの、良く出来た弟さんですよ。
やっぱりあの東京タワー倒壊はフラグだったんでしょうね……
他に彼の死因は特定出来ませんし、
未来の説明からもあれが原因っぽいですからね。
真理さんが現場に居合わせるか、未来から詳しく説明受けていれば、
悠貴くんは死なずに済んだかもしれませんけど……
しかし死亡確定演出をした途端、悠貴に影が無くなりましたね。
初めから影無しにするか、最後まで影ありにするか、
どちらかで統一して欲しかったと思います。

失ってみて、初めて判る大切なものの価値……

未来が投げ捨てたはずの携帯。
それを持っていた悠貴と、未来へ宛てたメール。
結構使い古されていてベタベタなものなんですが、
私はこういう展開に弱いので、
恥ずかしながら今回は見ながら泣いてました。
(というか、今も記事書きながらウルウルしてます)

この作品の総評に関しては、
ピッコロさんのブログでアニメの評価企画があると思いますので、
それに合わせて改めて書かせていただきます。

Gomarzさんのところで詳しいあらすじを読みましたが、あれは泣きますよ。脚本家、完全に泣かせようとして書いただろう、と思いました。これは、最終回、覚悟してみないといけないと思いました。

それでも未来が前を歩いて生きていくところまで描ききってくれて
