とある科学の超電磁砲 第１話

２００９年１０月放送開始アニメの感想。
今回はとある科学の超電磁砲です。

第１話-電撃使い(エレクトロマスター)-

鎌池和馬原作　冬川基作画　アスキー・メディアワークス発行
コミック電撃大王連載漫画のアニメ化作品

「内と外では技術力に３０年の開きがある」と言われるほどの、
最先端科学技術を有する学園都市。
超能力の開発を目的としているこの都市は、
総人口２３０万のうち８割を学生が占めており、
大人たちが中心となっている治安維持部隊の警備員(アンチスキル)以外に、
学生たちによる風紀委員(ジャッジメント)が存在している。

風紀委員を務める大能力者(レベル４)の白井黒子は、
女学生が複数の暴行犯に襲われているという通報を受けるが、
パートナーの初春飾利のサポートで現場に駆けつけた黒子が見たのは、
倒れ伏す暴行犯とそれを返り討ちにした少女。
学園都市に７人しか存在しない超能力者(レベル５)の一人で、
「常盤台の超電磁砲(レールガン)」の異名を持つ御坂美琴だった。

能力の定期健診を終えた初春はパートナーの黒子の仲介で、
友人の佐天涙子と共に美琴と会うことになる。
自分が無能力者(レベル０)であることに劣等感を抱いていた佐天は、
「レベル５のお嬢様」である美琴に良いイメージを抱けず、
自分からレベル０であることを明かすが、
能力差を度外視して友人として接する美琴と、
彼女の意外な趣味に拍子抜けしてしまう。

というのが第１話の大まかなあらすじですね。

個人的な今季一番の期待作、
とある魔術の禁書目録外伝 とある科学の超電磁砲が始まりました。
誤解無きように言っておきますが、
この作品は禁書目録の第２期ではありません！
美琴を主人公にした、スピンオフ作品ではありますけどね。
「踊るなんちゃら」で言えば「容疑者・室井なんちゃら」
「相○」で言えば「鑑識・米沢なんちゃら」になります。

ストーリーそのものは、禁書目録より１ヶ月ほど前から始まってます。
従って上条さんが記憶を失うよりも前の状態。
ここまで書けば、もうお分かりですね？
そうです……


本作品に禁書目録の出番は、一切ありません!!!!!


期待されても困るので、先に書いてみました。
というか、魔術サイドの人間(ステイルとか、神裂とか)の出番は皆無です。
美琴・黒子・上条以外の禁書キャラはほぼ出てこない、
と思っていただいて結構ですよ。
まあ、黄泉川はアンチスキルなので出番がありましたがw

今回登場した佐天と初春の二人なんですが、
実は禁書目録でも出ていますので初登場ではありません。
台詞は無かったけど、二人とも全ての回に出ていますよw
何処に出ていたか気になる方は、禁書をチェックしてみましょう。

そして美琴が可愛い。
クレープのおまけに付いているゲコ太に魅かれ、
それを指摘されて真っ赤になって否定するところとか。
目の前でストラップが品切れになって、本気で凹んでしまうところとかw
そしてOP(今回はEDですが)の上条さんが、
やたらと格好良く描かれてますね。

作画が物足りないレベルですが、好きな作品なんで別にいいです。
当然視聴継続ですが、記事の質を落とさないように気をつけますw

ところで……見学ツアーがありましたが、
確か学園都市って基本的に自由に出入り出来ないはずなんですが……
見学ツアーだから許可が下りたんでしょうかね？
