DARKER THAN BLACK 流星の双子 第４話

ＤＴＢ流星の双子の第４話を見ました。紫苑の行き先を知り、
東京へ向かうこととなった蘇芳たちだったが……

第４話-箱舟は湖水に揺蕩う…-

能力者として覚醒した蘇芳の力と、
元MI6メンバーであるジュライの協力により、
FSB・CIA・三号機関の追跡を逃れてロシアを脱出した黒たちは、
紫苑が向かったはずの新宿を目指していた。

一ノ瀬弥生という偽名を与えられて三号機関に配属された未咲は、
ロシアで紫苑(蘇芳)と共に姿を消した黒の行方を追うと同時に、
自身が所属することとなった三号機関の調査に乗り出すが、
その全容は全くと言っていいほどに掴めなかった。

札幌に辿り着いた黒は依頼人の意向に従い、
蘇芳を新たなエージェントとして仕立てるため、
池袋を目指す前に蘇芳の処世術と戦闘訓練を行うこととなる。

相変わらず蘇芳の能力については謎が多いわけですが、
とりあえずライフル出す以外にどんな能力があるんでしょうね？
そしてこの能力は元々蘇芳のものなのか、
それとも黒が持っていた白の能力なのか。
現状では黒が能力を失ったタイミングと、蘇芳の覚醒のタイミングから見て、
白の能力が蘇芳の中で変質したものという説もありますが、
未咲がBK-201の星の輝きが消えた理由を訊ねられた時、
沢崎耀子が何かを言い淀んだことから、
三号機関のメンバーは一連の理由を知っているようですね。
あの反応を見ると、黒の持っていた白の能力が移譲されたというより、
黒の能力が一時的に喪失している可能性のほうが高いかもしれません。
まあ、問題のシーンで黒の回想が含まれているので、
蘇芳に移譲された可能性も否定出来ないんですが……
そうなると今度は黒は対価を払わないのに、
移譲された蘇芳は対価を払う必要性が発生する理由が謎ですが。

感情が無いといわれる能力者ですが、一応感情表現は出来るんですよね。
まあ、単に得手不得手があるだけですが……
直接的な戦闘能力を持つタイプの能力者は、
基本的に感情表現も可能ですね。
逆に苦手なのは、銀のように観測霊を操る支援型の能力者でしょう。
黒に「笑え」と言われたジュライが取った方法は、
銀と同じ「口角を指で押し上げて笑顔を作る」というものでしたからw
問題の紫苑は普通に感情を顔に出していましたから、
紫苑の能力もまた戦闘能力を有しているってことでしょうね。

いよいよ動き出した未咲ですが、
彼女は前回同様蚊帳の外か半歩踏み込んだ状態でしょうかね？
未咲は独自に調査を行うんだけど、
あと一歩のところで核心に届かず有耶無耶にされてしまうんでしょうか？
そして彼女の前に姿を現したマダム・オレイユ。
彼女は未咲に何を伝えるんでしょうね。

しかしお腹を下しているとはいえ、
逃走中の蘇芳の表情が余りに酷いですね。

観測霊を使うのはドールで、契約者とは別モノです。
また、戦闘能力の無い契約者でも、感情表現豊かな描写はあります。
