DARKER THAN BLACK 流星の双子 第５話

DTB流星の双子の第５話を見ました。
札幌に潜伏する黒と蘇芳、その目的とは？

第５話-硝煙は流れ、命は流れ…-

未咲の前に現れた謎の情報屋マダム・オレイユは、
黒が関与したウラジオストクでの事件について語り、
未咲が求めるものは三鷹文書とイザナミにある、と告げて去っていく。

BAR「ノアの方舟」を経営するレバノンの元で、
ジュライと共に食事を済ませた蘇芳は、
土鍋とコンロを分けてもらうと同時に、
彼の奥さんが契約者であることを知る。

三号機関に戻り三鷹文書のことを調べていた未咲は、
黒が札幌に潜伏しているという情報を聞くと同時に、
三号機関が保有する札幌の施設から、
イザナミと呼ばれる重要物資の輸送を命じられることとなる。

その頃、札幌で廃ホテルを根城としていた黒たちは、
三号機関のエージェントによる襲撃を受けるがその場を離脱。
三号機関の輸送計画を察知して、
イザナミ破壊のために動き始めるのだった。

ノリオの存在が、超うぜぇ！
舞台を日本に移し、
物語が本格的に動き出す様相を見せ始めた流星の双子ですが、
その中で一人だけ浮いているノリオが見ていてイライラしてきます。
こういうキャラには、さっさと退場願いたいのですが、
困ったことにこういうキャラは２度３度と登場すると、
ズルズル尾を引くように出続ける傾向がありますので……
きっとノリオは今後も出続けるのでしょうね。
でも、母親登場で死亡フラグが一つ立った気はしますがw

賞味期限切れのカップラーメンで食中りを起こしたことから、
さすがにまともな食事を摂ろうとする蘇芳。
ただし、調理技術に関しては未知数でなんともいえませんね。
１話での食事はエイプリルが作ったものだし、
今回の雑草についてはなんとも言えませんし……
ただし、雑草スープの味付けは相当最悪だったらしい。
黒に「栄養分を摂れるだけマシ」と言わせるほどでしたから。

そしてやはり謎の多い蘇芳の能力。
弾丸はライフルを取り出したときに自動装填されているようですが、
銃身に至っては歪みや傷が直せないのでメンテナンスが必要、
ってことはライフルは蘇芳が能力で作り出したのではなく、
予めあったものを取り寄せている感覚なんでしょうかね？
問題はそれがどこまで応用できる能力なのか？ということでしょう。
ライフルだけに限定されてしまっているのか、
それとも蘇芳が知っているものならばどんなものでも可能なのか……
バランス的には前者の可能性が高そうですが。

非公開組織の内部情報にもやたら詳しいマダム・オレイユ。
未咲の前に現れてヒントを与えたり、
そうかと思えば黒たちを使って何かしらの計画を進めている節もあり、
彼女の目的が何なのかも気になるところですね。
そして、その鍵を握るのはイザナミと呼ばれる代物と、
どうやら蘇芳と未咲の存在のようですが……
果たしてイザナミとは何なのか？
流星核、対契約者用兵器など、色々な可能性がありますが、
契約者絡みなのは容易に想像できますね。
イザナミの中身は……銀と大胆予想してみますがハズレかな？
大穴で蘇芳の母親である麻子、ということも考えられますが、
それならば銀の方が、まだ可能性ありでしょうね。

イザナミの輸送部隊に襲撃をかけた黒ですが、
三号機関のほうが一枚上手でトラックの中に閉じ込められることに。
そして港を見張っていた蘇芳の前に姿を現した輸送船は、
なんと潜水艦だった。
イザナミの破壊作戦は成功するのか？
