とある科学の超電磁砲 第１０話

超電磁砲の第１０話を見ました。
取引現場を抑え、幻想御手の現物を手にした黒子だったが……

第１０話-サイレント・マジョリティ-

能力者の力を目の前で見せられた後、友人と再会した佐天は、
自分が幻想御手を持っていることを打ち明け、
全員で試してみることになったが、
微弱ながらも自分が能力者になったことを嬉しく思う。

幻想御手の実物を木山に解析してもらっていた黒子だったが、
能力の向上で犯罪に走る学生の取締りで生傷が絶える事も無く、
また、学習能力装置(テスタメント)無しの、
聴覚のみの情報でレベルアップすることは出来ないという木山の見解から、
一連の騒動で使われている幻想御手とは異なるものと推測するが、
美琴のアドバイスから視覚や聴覚からの情報を他の五感に置き換える、
共感覚性の可能性に行き当たり、
そちらの方向で木山に再度検証してもらうことに。

学園都市が誇る世界最高のコンピュータ
「樹形図の設計者(ツリー・ダイアグラム)」を用いた検証に立ち会うため、
木山の元へ向かっていた初春は、
佐天から幻想御手を使用した友人が昏睡状態に陥り、
自らもまた幻想御手を使ってしまったことを聞かされるのだった。

原作ではイマイチ盛り上がりに欠けた佐天の昏睡ですが、
アニメは１話から登場させて色々と前振りに絡めた結果か、
かなり良い感じになってました。
原作だと佐天の登場シーンの少なさから、単なるイベント扱いでしたが、
ここは完全に原作を上回る出来になってますね。
能力に対する憧れと現実への劣等感、
そして友人たちの会話が決定的な引き金となって
消去出来ずにいた幻想御手に手を出してしまった佐天。
赤信号、皆で渡れば怖くないが、皆仲良く轢かれましたってとこかな。
しかし、結局佐天の能力って何なんでしょうね？

レベルアップした学生の相手をさせられて毎日ボロボロの黒子。
怪我してるのを良い事に美琴に甘えるかと思いきや、
毅然として怪我のことを悟られないように振舞うわけですが、
実はとある～のメインクラス登場キャラって、
基本的に他人に弱みを見せたり甘えたりしないで、
自分で自分のことを解決する傾向にあるので、
特に驚くべきことではなかったりします。
まあ、どう足掻いたところで一人ではどうにもならないところまで事態が進行して、
初めて他人に助けを求めるパターンが多いですが、
自分が傷付いていることで悲しむ人間が居る場合、
今回の黒子のように、その人の前では虚勢を張り続けるという傾向が非常に強いですね。

そしてアニメでは準レギュラー化してしまった固法先輩。
原作では出番ちょっとだけなうえに、
名前さえ明かされていなかった固法先輩ですが、
アニメだと原作比１０倍以上の出番があると思いますw
とりあえず、現状ではアニメ化の恩恵を一番受けているキャラでしょうね。
OPに出番無いのに準レギュラーとか、出世しすぎでしょw

美琴からリアルゲコ太と呼ばれた、冥土帰し(ヘブン・キャンセラー)ことカエル顔の医者。
本名は未だに謎ではありますが、
切り落とされた上条の右腕を縫合跡どころか後遺症すら起こらないように繋げたりと、
とんでも名医なこの人が登場です。

そしてついに幻想御手の製作者と目的の一部が明らかになった今回。
美琴と黒子の推測どおり、
共感覚性を利用して、使用者の脳波を強制的に変更していた訳ですが、
木山が何のために幻想御手をばら撒いたのか、
その理由については次回明かされるからここでは触れずにおきましょう。

さて、共感覚性についてはCANAANのレビューでも触れているんですが、
目で見たものや耳で聞いたものを痛みや味といった他の感覚でも捉える事。
極端な例を言えば、梅干を見ると唾液が大量に分泌されるというのも、
視覚で捉えた梅干の酸味を間接的に味覚が感じ取って起こす共感覚性の一つですね。
カナンの場合はこの共感覚性が極端なほどに強化されていて、
未来予知に近い感覚にまで昇華している訳ですが……

そして幻想御手は、この共感覚性を利用して大元となる木山の脳波を埋め込み、
AIM拡散力場を用いて能力者の頭脳をネットワーク化し、
巨大なスパコンを作り出すための代物であることが今回判明した訳ですね。
あくまで能力のレベルアップは副次効果。
ただ学園都市では大能力者を含む高レベルの能力者は多くないので、
能力が上がるという触れ込みと実際に効果があれば、
裏で普及するのは容易でしょうからね。

自身の不用意な発言から佐天を危険な目に遭わせてしまった美琴は、
事件解決のために協力することに。
満身創痍の黒子に成り代わり、いよいよ前線へ出陣。
そして木山に捕らえられた初春の命運は？
幻想御手をばら撒いた木山の、本当の目的とは？
