とある科学の超電磁砲 第１５話

超電磁砲の第１５話を見ました。一見平穏な学園都市の裏で、
横行する能力者狩りに頭を痛めていた風紀委員たちだったが……

第１５話-スキルアウト-

木山の起こした幻想御手事件の後始末も終わり、
平穏を取り戻したかのように見える学園都市第７学区だったが、
黒子たち風紀委員は第７学区で頻繁に発生していた、
無能力者たちの集団「スキルアウト」による、
能力者狩りへの対応で頭を悩ませていた。

能力者狩りの標的にされた婚后は、
相手が無能力者であることから襲撃してきたスキルアウトを見下すが、
奇妙な音を聞いた途端に能力が使用できなくなり窮地に陥ってしまう。
しかし偶然通りかかった男に助けられて事なきを得、
現場に駆けつけた固法と黒子は確保したスキルアウトと婚后の証言から、
能力者狩りを行っているのが「ビッグスパイダー」と呼ばれる、
スキルアウトの中でも有力な組織であることを知る。

婚后が襲われたことを知った美琴は、
集団で女子生徒を襲うスキルアウトのやり方に憤りを覚えるが、
トラブルに自分から首を突っ込む性分を黒子に窘められてしまう。

後日、ビッグスパイダーによる能力者狩りの被害が、
急増している事を知った美琴と黒子。
初春が集めた情報からリーダーの名前と、
ビッグスパイダーが勢力を拡大させた２年前から、
彼らが武器によって武装し始めたことを知った美琴は、
理由をつけて捜査を拒もうとする固法の代わりとして、
事件の解決と彼らの武器流通ルートを探るため、
黒子を連れてスキルアウトの溜まり場である第１０学区へと赴く。
しかし、着いて早々スキルアウトに絡まれてしまった美琴と黒子だが、
一触即発の場に現れたのは牛乳を持った謎の男だった。

さて、禁書目録同様１５話でOPが変更となったわけですが、
最大の注目点はOPにインデックスが出ているということでしょうかね。

しかし安心するのはまだ早いです。
禁書目録放送時の佐天と初春のように、
OPだけという可能性もありますのでw
しかも本当に一瞬だけ登場でしたが、顔が映らなかった上条さんよりマシでしょう……
果たして本編で禁書目録の出番はあるのか？
ただ、出番はあっても妹達編をやらない以上、
上条さんとの絡みか、美琴以外のキャラとの絡みでしかなく、
夏休み明けに初顔合わせの美琴との絡みで登場することはありえませんけどね。
可能性が高いのは再登場するっぽい小萌先生か初春、
次に佐天絡みといったところでなら出番があるかも。

続いてこちらは再登場ほぼ確定的な木山先生。
レベル４の婚后や黒子の能力を封じ、
美琴ですら能力を大幅に抑制させられたキャパシティ・ダウン。
能力者狩りを行っていたビッグスパイダーが、
何処からこれを手に入れてきたのかも気になるところですが、
ある一定周波の音を発して脳波に働きかけて、
演算能力を大幅に抑制する効果があるらしいので、
この装置も木山先生再登場の伏線の一つでしょうね。
大脳生理学を専攻し、AIM拡散力場の研究員だった木山先生なら、
この分野での再登場は致し方ないでしょう。

小萌先生も完全記憶能力に関する知識や、脳の記憶容量の知識など、
脳医学(脳科学？)の部分に精通している一面を禁書で見せていますし、
協力者としての再登場は十分予想できますね。
逆に常盤台の寮監は謎ですがw

長井龍雪(超電磁砲監督)は、そんなに固法先輩が好きなのか？
と言いたくなるほど出番が多い固法ですが、
今回「元・スキルアウトです」みたいな感じになってきましたね。
本当に元・スキルアウトだったりしたら、それはそれでがっかりなんですけどね……

固法の過去との関連性を匂わせる黒毒 渡流。
ビッグスパイダーのリーダーだった彼が、２年間も姿を消していた理由とは？
ビッグスパイダーが武装組織へと変貌していった２年前、一体何があったのか？
そして前期OPには出ていたが、本編では一度も出てこなかった柳迫 碧美。
此処に来てようやく出番となったわけですが、
彼女は今回だけのゲストキャラとなるのか、それとも……
