規定投球回数到達

レギュラーシーズンの試合が残っているのはセ・リーグだけ、
という状況ではありますが、
身売り話が進んでいる横浜ベイスターズは阪神２連戦を残すのみ。

そんな横浜対阪神第２３回戦は
阪神　５－０　横浜　で、タイガースの勝利です……


本日の先発は規定投球回数まであと少しと迫ったルーキーの加賀、
対する阪神の先発は久保。
立ち上がりの加賀は１番鳥谷にヒットを許すと２番平野の送りバントで１死２塁とされ、
更に３番マートンには四球を与えていきなりピンチを招いてしまうが、
４番新井をライトフライ・５番金本をレフトフライに仕留めると２回以降は立ち直り、
阪神打線を翻弄していく。
しかし打線の方は阪神先発の久保に対し、一向に付け入る隙を見出せず、
ランナーを出しても併殺に倒れる状況。

互いに点を奪えない投手戦の様相を呈し始めた中盤の５回表、
それまで沈黙させられてきた阪神打線が加賀に襲い掛かってくる。
加賀は６番ブラゼル・７番城島の連続ツーベースで１点を失ってしまうと、
８番坂にも連打を許して無死２・３塁。
９番久保を三振に仕留めて１死こそ取るものの、
鳥谷にタイムリーヒットを許して３点を失ってしまうが、
加賀は６回まで投げきったことでシーズン規定投球回数をクリアしてみせる。

２番手の桑原は７回表を３人で抑えるも８回表、
鳥谷に微妙な判定となる内野安打で出塁を許す。
続く平野のセーフティー気味のプッシュバントを筒香が素早く対応して２塁封殺に仕留めると、
マートンをサードゴロに仕留めて２死２塁。
横浜は新井を打席に迎えた場面で、
来シーズンからベイスターズの２軍投手コーチ就任が内定している木塚がマウンドへ。
昨年まで横浜にいた加藤武治や、シーズン途中で移籍した吉見、
更には三浦や江尻・大家らといった出番が無い投手陣までもが集まって見守る中、
２球目を新井に弾き返されてセンターオーバーのタイムリーツーベースを許し１失点。
９回には４番手の阿斗里がブラゼル・城島の連打で１・３塁とされると、
坂に犠牲フライを打たれて５点目を失い勝負あり。
いつも通り９回裏に意地を見せるも、点を奪うことなく敗れ去った。


とりあえず今シーズンのルーキー投手の中では唯一、規定投球回数に到達した加賀。
防御率3.66で３勝１２敗という戦績が物語るとおり、
援護に恵まれていないが故に勝ち星が少ないですね。
規定投球回数に到達した横浜の先発陣は加賀と１０勝を挙げた清水だけ。
しかも防御率が２点も違うわけですからねえ。
一番安定しているのがルーキーという横浜の投手陣にも問題ありですけど、
それを殆ど見殺しにしてきた打線の酷さも際立ちます。
まあ、援護が得られないのは一概に打線のせいとも言い切れないところはありますが……
来年は加賀の更なる成長と、不調に終わった他の投手陣の奮起を期待したいです。

そして木塚投手、お疲れ様でした。
最後は新井に打たれてしまったけど、来年からは投手コーチとして若手を伸ばし、
横浜の投手陣を強くしてくれることを期待します。
１軍投手コーチ、そしていつかは横浜の監督となってくれることを願ってます。


さて、いよいよ今シーズン最終戦。
筒香の初ヒットに期待したいですねえ。無論ホームランでも良いですけどw
