機動戦士ガンダムＵＣ episode 1

なんか「今更かよ！」とか言われそうですが、
半年以上前に視聴していたにも拘らず書くのを忘れていましたので、
今更ながら機動戦士ガンダムＵＣの視聴感想記事でもw

-episode 1　ユニコーンの日-
増え過ぎた人類と地球の自然再生を目的とした宇宙移民政策。
その実行とほぼ時を同じくして西暦は宇宙世紀へと呼び名を代えはしたものの、
環境が変わろうとも人間の本質は容易に変わるようなことは無く、
宇宙コロニーの独立を謳ったジオン独立戦争(１年戦争)を始め、
ジオン残党狩りを目的に設立されたティターンズの暴走と、
反地球連邦組織(エゥーゴ)の対立に端を発したグリプス戦役。
ジオンの正統後継者を僭称するミネバ・ラオ・ザビの摂政ハマーン・カーンを首魁とする、
ネオ・ジオン軍とのアクシズ戦役と呼ばれる第１次ネオ・ジオン抗争と、
赤い彗星ことシャア・アズナブルを首魁とするネオ・ジオン軍との、
シャアの叛乱と呼ばれる第２次ネオ・ジオン抗争という大きな戦争を経験してきた。

人類が宇宙に進出して初めて経験した戦争である１年戦争から１６年、
そしてシャアの叛乱と呼ばれた第２次ネオ・ジオン抗争から３年が経った宇宙世紀９６年。
袖付きと呼ばれるネオ・ジオン残党は、
有数の資産家でもあるビスト財団が保有しているラプラスの箱を受け取るため、
工業コロニーのインダストリアル７へと向かっていたが、
地球連邦軍の威力偵察部隊に発見され、これを撃墜する。
一方で、ビスト財団の現頭首でもあり、
アナハイム工業専門学校の学長でもあるカーディアス・ビストは、
アナハイムが開発した最新鋭モビルスーツ・ユニコーンの最終試験を行っていたが、
シャトルのトラブルで資源衛星に残っていた学生のバナージ・リンクスに、
偶然にもユニコーンの最終試験を目撃されてしまうのだった。

袖付きの偽装貨物船ガランシェールに密航していたオードリー・バーンは、
船がインダストリアル７の宇宙港に入港すると同時に船から抜け出す事に成功するも、
自身の不注意からコロニーの中空に放り出されてしまうが、
危険を察知したバナージの機転によって救われることとなる。
戦争を止めるためにコロニービルダー、
通称カタツムリの入り口まで案内して欲しいと頼むオードリーに対し、
バナージは彼女が語る「戦争」の言葉の重さを感じ取り、協力を申し出るのだが……


というのが第１話前半の大まかなあらすじでしょうかね。
逆襲のシャアから３年後、閃光のハサウェイの７年前という時代設定で、
Ｆ９１の時代からは２７年前ということになりますね。
ただしメカの設定的にはグリプス・アクシズ戦役とシャアの叛乱をミックスさせたような形で、
シャアの叛乱でのＭＳＶでも登場したスタークジェガンや、リガズィの後継機であるリゼル、
クィン・マンサの発展後継機であるクシャトリア、
ギラ・ドーガの改修型であるギラ・ズール等が出てきますね。
袖付きを追って来たロンド・ベルの戦艦もネェル・アーガマでしたしね。

まあ、オードリーなどという偽名を用いているわけですが、
その正体は有名なあのお方ですね。
どの辺りでそれが判明するのかは激しく謎ですが、意外と次の第２話で判明するのかも？
そしてなんとなくそんな気がしていたけど、
やはりカーディアスの息子であることが判明したバナージ。
宇宙世紀モノとしては非常に珍しく(Ｆ９１以来)無理矢理ガンダムに乗せられてしまった訳ですが、
果たしてラプラスの箱とユニコーンの関係とは何なんでしょうね？

そして赤い彗星の再来といわれているフル・フロンタルの正体とは？
さすがにシャアじゃない、だろうなあ……

Almost all of what you point out happens to be astonishingly accurate and that makes me wonder why I hadn’t looked at this with this light before. This article truly did switch the light on for me as far as this specific subject goes. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!

The next time I read a blog, Hopefully it doesn’t disappoint me just as much as this particular one.
