君に届け 第２１話

君に届けの第２１話を見ました。
というわけで、感想です。

第２１話-初雪-

龍の兄である透が結婚することを知り、ショックを受けていた千鶴だが、
表面上は普段と取り立てて変わらないことから、
爽子とあやねは千鶴をどう慰めていいか判らず困惑していた。
しかし、龍に自身の恋心を否定されたことで、
八つ当たりしたのをきっかけに、
千鶴が抑えていた感情を顕わにして自分たちにぶつけてきた事に、
爽子とあやねはようやく安堵する事となる。

翌日、千鶴の失恋の憂さ晴らしに付き合う事となった爽子とあやね。
精神的に立ち直り、透のことを吹っ切った感がある千鶴に安心し、
きちんと会って話がしたかったという千鶴の気持ちを聞くのだが、
そんな爽子たちの前に透が再び姿を現す。
爽子は思いがけぬ再会に言葉を失って立ち尽くす千鶴の背中を押すと、
千鶴が透に対して今の素直な気持ちを伝えられるように願いながら、
あやねと共にその背中を見送るのだった。

放課後に買い食いをしたこと、
夜遊びをしていた透と出会って星を見ながら家に帰ったこと、
近くの原っぱで龍とよく喧嘩していたことなど、
思い出しただけで赤面するほど千鶴自身が忘れていた、
ほんの些細な、それでも大切な思い出を確かめるように、
昔みたいに歩いて帰る透と千鶴。
そんな中、千鶴は透が今の彼女と結婚しようと決めた理由と、
自分が「ちぃ」と呼ばれていた理由を知る事となるのだが……

千鶴の失恋にも一応の区切りが付いた感じがあって、
前回で透の出番は終わりかと思っていたわけですが、
今回まさかの再登場。
前回ラストで龍が電話していた相手というのは、実は透だったわけですね。

透の話から、昔からやんちゃだったことがはっきりとした千鶴。
学校の制服とはいえ、ミニスカート姿を見せる、
という希望を思わぬ形で叶えてしまった事を、
爽子に気付かされたわけですが、
昔から脚を露出させてた印象を持たれていた事から、
残念ながら期待した効果は得られず終い。

肉まんとあんまん、
どっちも食べたいけどどっちを食べるかで悩んでいた幼い頃の千鶴に、
両方買って半分づつ与えていた透。
その他にも千鶴が龍と喧嘩していたことや、
朝早くからクワガタを獲っていた事を覚えていたり、
千鶴からすればある意味恥ずかしい過去の暴露な訳ですが、
透にしてみればどれも懐かしい思い出なんでしょうね。
透が「ちぃ」と呼ぶ理由を知り、
答えなど判り切っているのに自分の気持ちを伝えた千鶴ですが、
あれは彼女なりのけじめのつけ方、
透に対する未練を断ち切るための通過儀礼のようなものだったんでしょうね。

千鶴のために、そして恐らく自分自身のためにも、
無理を言って一日だけ透に帰ってくるよう頼んだ龍。
透がその願いを聞き入れて帰ってきたのも、
龍が千鶴を好きなことや千鶴が自分を好きなことを、
最初から知っていたようにも思えますね。
ただし、龍のために千鶴の想いを受け入れなかったのか、
それとも最初からその想いを受け入れるつもりが無かったのか、
その辺りの判断に関しては微妙かもしれませんが……

無駄だと知りながらも透に対して想いを伝えた千鶴。
自分が抱いていたのが年上の男性に対する憧れなのか、
疑問を抱く千鶴に対し、
龍は千鶴が透を愛していたことを認めるのだが……
