大量失点で最下位転落

九州２連戦の緒戦だった昨日の試合は雨で流れ、これで横浜は３日も試合なし。
場所を鹿児島に移しての２戦目、横浜は５位をキープ出来るのか？
さて本日の横浜DeNA先発は高崎、対する巨人の先発はホールトン。
その結果は……

DeNA 3-15 読売　で、ジャイアンツの勝利です……

４月も終わりが近い状況ながら５位と、他球団との戦力比を考慮すれば一応善戦とも云える横浜
DeNAですが、相手が巨人とは云えども最下位争いでは負けたくないところ。

試合内容は１回表、先頭の荒波がセーフティバントで出塁するも盗塁に失敗してチャンスを潰して
無得点に終わってしまうと、直後の１回裏に高崎は長野に対して四球を与えると藤村に送りバント
を決められ、２死から阿部にツーランホームランを許していきなり２点のビハインド。続く２回には高
橋・ボウカーに連続安打を許し、小笠原に四球を与えて無死満塁のピンチを招いてしまう。
それでも高崎はホールトンをフルカウントの末に見逃し三振、長野をファウルフライに仕留めて２死
まで漕ぎつけるも、藤村にタイムリーを許して３点目。続く坂本にも２点タイムリーを許し、阿部に四
球を与えて三度満塁とすると村田にも２点タイムリーを許して計７失点の大炎上。
あっさりと試合をぶち壊す高崎の背信投球で、流れを巨人に持っていかれると、２番手の阿斗里は
ボウカーに四球を与えると小笠原・ホールトン・長野に３連打を浴びて２失点し、更に坂本に犠牲フ
ライを打たれて僅か３イニングで２桁失点で一方的な展開となる。

ところが巨人先発のホールトンが、大量援護を貰っているのにピリッとしない。
５回表、横浜DeNAは先頭の小池が死球で出塁すると森本がツーベースを放って２・３塁。
藤田はショートゴロ、鶴岡はキャッチャーフライに倒れて２死となるも、代打下園が勝利投手の権利
を得る目前のホールトンからタイムリーツーベースで２点を返し、続く荒波もタイムリーを放って点差
を７点に。
石川はセカンドゴロに倒れてチャンスを広げる事こそ適わなかったものの、反撃の機運が高まった
５回表の攻撃だったが三人で仕留めなければいけない、最悪でも無失点で抑えなければいけない
３番手として登板した佐藤祥万が長野にヒットを許すと藤村に四球を与えて無死１・２塁とされ、坂
本・阿部の連続タイムリーで再び１０点差に広げられてしまう。

その後はホールトンの前にチャンスを作り出せず、８回表には２番手の高木から２死１・２塁の状況
を作り出すも無得点に終われば、８回裏は６番手の菊地が２死から小笠原に四球での出塁を許す
と、続く賽松の打球を途中出場の啓二朗が落球するタイムリーエラー。
更に長野にタイムリーを浴びて今シーズン最多となる１５失点を喫し、九州最下位決戦は圧倒的大
差で敗戦し、単独最下位へと転落した。


今日の試合は立ち上がりの高崎の投球が全てを決したような感じでした。
阿部のツーランはまあ、先頭打者四球からの失点なので本来なら仕方ないで済ませられないんで
すが仕方ないでしょう。ただ２回の投球は、正直だめでしょ。
ローテーション１番手投手の内容じゃないよね、と。
しかも２試合続けて序盤炎上ですから、これは擁護のしようがありません。
例え守備に足を引っ張られても、そこで落ち着いて立て直せるかどうか、というのも勝てる投手の
持つ資質の一つであり、同時に調子が悪いなりにも試合を作れるのもエースの条件の一つだと
私は思うわけですよ。
そして同じような失敗を２試合続けて行うのは、正直ローテーションの一角を担う投手としては問
題ありではないのかな？と……
ロングリリーフやビハインド時なら好投するけれど、先発で使うとまるでダメだった一昨年までの
高崎に戻りつつあるのでしょうかね？

阿斗里とショーマに関しては、まあ想定通りといった内容と結果でした。
まあ阿斗里は嫌な流れの中での登板だったわけですが、４回裏の内容に関してはまだチャンス
はあるものでした。
打順の巡り合わせもあるだろうけど、寧ろ今日の試合はショーマが止めを刺したというべきか……

またしても最下位に落ちたわけですが、明後日から２位中日と首位ヤクルトに交互に当たる９連戦。
勝っていれば期待は持てたのですが、残念ながら２試合連続大量失点負けで望みはかなり薄い
と云わざるを得ないのが悲しいところでしょうかね。
