あんまり良く知らなくても、名前くらいは聞いたことがある。
そんなお話の一つがこの、ウォーターゲート事件ですね。
当時の現役アメリカ合衆国大統領が辞任に追い込まれたスキャンダルなんですが、
このスキャンダルを一番最初に仕入れたのはウチだ!!と、N.Yタイムズが主張しているそうな。

３５年経ってからそんなコロンブスの卵的発言されてもねえ……
結果としてワシントンポストが記事を載せたんだし、あとの祭りでしょ……
もの凄く遅すぎるあとの祭りだが
私が生まれるよりも前の話なので、当然ながら詳しいことは知りません。
あんまり興味も沸かないしね
