俺の妹がこんなに可愛いわけがないの第１話を見ました。

-第１話　俺が妹に恋をするわけがない-
とりたてた特技を持たない、ごく普通の高校生である高坂京介。
普通の高校に通い、平凡な成績の京介の悩みの一つは、
容姿端麗で成績優秀という非の打ち所の無い妹・桐乃の存在であり、
普通な自分が桐乃と比較されることだった。

普段からロクに顔を合わせることも無く、
滅多に口を利かないほど疎遠な関係になっていた京介と桐乃。
しかしある日、京介は自宅の玄関先でアニメのＤＶＤを見つけ、
持ち主が誰なのか、それとなく探りを入れる。
そして動揺する桐乃の様子に疑問を抱きつつも、
意図的に不在の時間を作り出すことで本来の所有者を誘き出そうと試みるが、
京介は桐乃が妹もののアニメやゲームが大好きという趣味を持つ、
所謂隠れオタクであることを知ってしまう。


というのが第１話の大まかなあらすじでしょうかね。
さらっと流し見すると、そうでもないかな？と感じる作品ではありますが、
ほんのちょっとで良いから腰を据える感じでじっくり見ると、
面白いと思える作品に感じます。
まあ、若干オタクへのアンチテーゼ的部分も無きにしも非ずですが……

テーマ的には同じ電撃文庫の「乃木坂春香の秘密」と被る部分もありますが、
あちらは平凡な高校生と隠れオタクなお嬢様とのラブストーリーを主軸に、
三角関係やオタクイベントなどの付随部分がある作品ですが、
俺妹の方はそういう展開が見込めそうな気配は殆ど皆無と言って良い印象。
隠れアニオタ中学生の桐乃が、如何に周囲の目を欺いて、
アニオタとしての活動を続ける、或いは広げていくのか？という部分が非常に強い。
ある意味では乃木坂春香の秘密よりも、オタクという生態に突っ込んだ作品かな？と。

とりあえず、「ミス普通」は褒め言葉じゃないわけですが、桐乃の動揺っぷりがなかなか。
そして隠れオタヒロインの父親役がまたしても立木さんなのは単なる偶然なのか？
モデルのギャラで買い集めたとはいえ、グッズの量が半端じゃない桐乃ですが、
問答無用で夜中に叩き起こして一般人だった京介に、
午前３時からエロゲーやらせる感覚は正直自重した方が良いかと。
まあそれでも、文句言いながらそれに付き合う京介も、
人が良いと言えば人が良いわけですが……
しかし妹もののエロゲーをいきなりやらせることよりも、
中断していた選択肢から始めさせる方がハードルが高いと思います。
流れが判らないと、どの選択肢が良いのかも判り難いですしね……
