野本のファインプレイ

あれさえなければ……あれさえなければ……
本日の横浜対中日６回戦は
中日　４－２　横浜　で、中日が勝ちました
これで横浜の対中日戦績は１勝５敗です。

中日先発はサウスポーの川井、横浜は２年目の小林。
昨日の試合同様、序盤は互いに凡退の山を築いていく投手戦の様相。
試合が動いたのは４回裏だった。
先頭の内川が攻めあぐねていた川井から右中間を破るツーベースヒット。
続く村田がレフト前ヒットで先制。
ヒット２本で１点をもぎ取った。
しかし、後続は凡退して川井を攻め立てることは出来ず終い。
小林は今までとは内容の異なるピッチングで、６回を越えてまだ８０球台。
今までは６回保たずに１００球近く使って降板していたのにね。
ところが、７回表先頭バッターの井端……
中日打線の中で警戒するべき人物に対して、些か不用意とも思える高めのスライダー。

それをそこに投げちゃいかんだろ!!!!

案の定、井端に手痛い一発を浴びて、ゲームを振り出しに戻された

ここからはもう、投手&貧打戦。
小林は８回を３安打１失点、川井は９回を２安打１失点で抑えて延長戦へ。
中日２番手の斎藤、横浜２番手の山口の前に双方とも手が出ず、
引き分けが濃厚になってきた１１回に、膠着していたゲームは、再び動き出した。
横浜にとって最悪な形で……

１１回表――――――
イニング跨ぎで投げた山口に代えて、サイレントKを投入するが、これが裏目に出る。
この回先頭の藤井をカウント２－１と追い込みながら、ライトスタンドへ運ばれた
更に小山の打ち取った当たりを、ショート石川がまさかの悪送球
これで小山を２塁に置き、代打小池にはきっちりと送りバントを決められた。
荒木の優しさに助けられたものの、続く井端には際どい所で四球を出し、
２死１・３塁の場面で森野にタイムリーを許して更に１失点で石井は降板。
これで石井は２連続救援失敗
代わった真田もブランコにタイムリーを許し、
この回だけで３失点という大きなビハインドを背負ってしまった。

１１回裏――――――
セーブが付く３点差という場面で、中日が送り込んだ３人目は……高橋

岩瀬はどうしたんですか!?落合さん……

誰もが岩瀬の登場と予想する場面で、岩瀬が出てこないとは……
ひょっとして、次のクローザー育成が目的ですか
しかし、そう簡単には問屋が卸してくれなかった。
今日は６番に入っていたジョンソンが、
高橋からライトスタンドへ強烈な一撃をお見舞いして１点を返す。
これでやっと内川以外の複数本本塁打です
代打の山崎、キャッチャーの細山田は凡退してあっさりと追い詰められ、
迎えるは途中出場の金城。
正直期待していなかったが、ヒットで出塁して望みを繋ぐ。
続く石川もヒットで出塁し、代打で久々の登場となった斎藤は四球を選んで２死満塁。
一打同点……長打ならさよならもあるこの場面で打席は内川。
と、ここで落合が動いてピッチャー交代。
今度こそ岩瀬が来るのか!?と思いきや……告げられたのは平井って……

だ～か～ら～……岩瀬はどうしたんですか!?落合さん

てっきり岩瀬が出てくると思っていたのだが、そこまで状態が悪いのだろうか!?
まあ、誰が出てきても一緒か……代えても代えなくてもね……
だって今の内川の得点圏打率、１割台だよ
対左の打率だって１割台だったし……
期待できるわけ……ないじゃん。
でも、やはり期待してしまうわけなのだが。
内川の放った打球はライト方向へ……
サヨナラは無理だが同点確実、という当たりをライトの野本がダイビングキャッチで試合終了
――――――って、マジですか!?
あの会心の当たりを捕られちゃあ、捕った野本を褒めるしかないわ

今日のコバフトは本当に良かった。
こういうピッチングを続けてくれれば安心して見ていられるんだけどね。
心配なのは石井。
これで２連続失敗したわけだけど、立ち直って貰わなければ困るんだよね。
そして、打撃陣。
１０回まで先頭打者を出せなかった事と、中軸に複数本の本塁打を打てていない事。
チーム内で最も本塁打を打っているのは、一昨日３本目を打った内川って
もう少し打線の奮起を期待したい。
これでは先発が良くても、勝ちを拾えないからね……

守備のミスで自滅する形だった今日の試合。
明日からは巨人戦だが、負けを引き摺らないように気持ちを切り替えて挑んで欲しい。
