自滅

どうにもならない試合というのは色々ある。
本来ならば打ち取っている当たりが予想以上に詰まって守備の間に落ちたり、
打球が不規則に弾んで捕球できなかったりと、運の要素が絡むこともある。
しかし、防げるミスを防げなかったが故に破れるのも勝負事。
今日の試合はまさにそんな試合だった。

さて、昨日連敗を４で止めて出来れば今日も勝ちたかったはずなのだが、
本日の横浜対埼玉西武第４回戦は
横浜　２－３　埼玉西武　で、ライオンズの勝利です……


本日の先発は横浜が大家、埼玉西武は涌井と、予想通りの先発。
昨日の快勝の勢いを借りて、涌井を打ち崩したいところ。
そんな横浜は１番石川があっさりと三振に倒れるも、
２番下園が左中間へツーベースを放ち、３番内川の進塁打で２死３塁。
続く４番村田が追い込まれながらもライト前へ運んで先制すると、
５番カスティーヨがセンター前へ運んで１・２塁とし、
６番金城のタイムリーで早々と涌井から２点を奪う。

横浜先発の大家は２番原・４番栗山にヒットを許すも、
１番片岡・３番中島・５番ブラウンを打ち取ってまずまずの立ち上がりを見せる。
しかし打線は２回以降も毎回のようにランナーを出して攻め立てるが、
後一本が出ないまま試合は徐々に膠着状態へと陥っていくのだが、
そんな矢先の４回裏、
栗山のなんでもないセカンドゴロをカスティーヨが弾いてしまったことから、
徐々に試合の雲行きが怪しくなっていく。

５回表を三者凡退で抑えられて迎えた５回裏、
先頭の８番石井義人にヒットを許すと、９番斉藤に送りバントを決められて１死２塁。
片岡を浅いセカンドフライに仕留めるも、飛び出していて石井義を刺せず、
併殺のチャンスを逸してしまったことから、
試合の流れは徐々に埼玉西武へと傾いていく。

６回裏、中島にツーベースを許すと栗山をライトフライ、
ブラウンをショートフライに打ち取るも、６番上本にセンター前へ運ばれて１点を返される。
しかも７回表には８番藤田が出塁するも、
９番武山が最悪のバント併殺に倒れて反撃の機会を逸すると、
７回裏には石井義にソロホームランを浴びて試合を振り出しに戻される。

反撃に転じたい横浜は内川と途中出場の山崎がヒットで繋いでチャンスを作るも、
金城はショートゴロに倒れてチャンスを逸し、試合の流れは完全に埼玉西武へ。
８回裏に２番手の真田が栗山・ブラウンを打ち取るも、
またしても上本にヒットを許すと代打大島に対しては暴投とヒットで２死１・３塁。
そして前の打席で同点ホームランを放っている石井義に対し、
初球をまたしても暴投。
自滅する形で勝ち越し点を献上すると、
９回は２番手のシコースキーの前に７番井手がヒット、
藤田が送りバントを決めるも代打内藤は三振に倒れ２死２塁。
石川は粘った末に内野安打で出塁し、盗塁を決めて２・３塁と、
一打逆転のチャンスを作り出すが下園はファーストゴロに倒れて試合終了。
終始涌井を攻め立てて再三に渡るチャンスを作りながらモノに出来ず、
大事な場面でのミスで逆転を許して横浜は勝てた試合を落としてしまった。


大家に関しては不要だったのが石井義人に浴びたソロホームラン。
あれさえなければ、といったところでしたが、
６回2/3を２失点なら先発としては十分に役割を果たしていますので、
それほど大きな問題では無いでしょう。
出来れば７回、或いは８回を投げきってくれれば助かるんですけどね。

真田に関してはツーアウトからヒットと暴投で点を失っていますが、
低目を武山が後ろに逸らしているのが問題であって、
一概に真田だけを責める事が出来ない失点でした。

寧ろ問題なのは終始押しているにも拘らず点が取れなかった打撃陣。
特に３三振の村田は三振がすべて同じパターンでやられてます。
もう、追い込んだら低めの外スライダー投げときゃ安牌って感じで、
全部外のスライダーで三振を喫していました。
あれで簡単にやられる状態の村田は、かなり調子悪いですね。

武山は後半に攻守で良いとこなしでした。
追い上げられている場面で追加点が欲しいのに、最悪のバント併殺。
埼玉西武の流れを止めたい８回裏も、
ワンバウンドの投球を後ろに逸らして勝ち越しを許したりと、
経験不足が露呈した感じでしたね。


さて、明日はお休みで、明後日から楽天・日ハムとの４連戦。
横浜の先発は小林と三浦、対する東北楽天はラズナーと岩隈が有力。
まずは小林が前回並みの投球を見せてくれることを期待しましょう。
そうすればラズナー相手ならば打ち崩せる可能性はあります。
寧ろ問題は土曜日の岩隈を打てるか？ということでしょうね。

ソフトバンクが勝って巨人負けたんですね……
これでパ・リーグが上位、セ・リーグが下位とはっきり分かれてしまいましたか。
