久しぶりの沖縄での試合は [横浜ベイスターズ2010]
前回のドイツではグループリーグで惨敗し、
自国共催となった２００２年大会以来の決勝トーナメントに進出した日本代表。
８年前はトルコ相手に惜敗して決勝トーナメント初戦で姿を消したが、
今回は南米の雄たるパラグアイ相手に果たしてどこまで戦えるか？
もう間もなく、その答えが示されるわけですが……
一方私が気になる日本のプロ野球はといえば、
今日は全体的に一方的な試合か馬鹿みたいな点の取り合いの試合。
そんな中、沖縄での公式戦を行う横浜と東京ヤクルトの試合は、
日没時間の関係もあってか他球場より１時間遅らせて試合を始める予定だったが、
試合開始直前になってスコールに見舞われ、試合開始を３０分遅らせる事態に。
そんなドタバタがあった本日の横浜対東京ヤクルト第１０回戦は
東京ヤクルト １０－０ 横浜 で、スワローズの勝利です……
本日の先発は横浜が三浦、東京ヤクルトは村中。
交流戦前までは村中を返り討ちにしてきた横浜打線だったが……
１回表、三浦は１番青木にヒットを許すと２番田中に送りバントを決められ、
いきなりピンチを招くが３番飯原・４番ガイエルを連続で打ち取り、
辛うじて無失点で切り抜ける。
一方打線の方は案の定というべきか、１回裏は村中の前に三者凡退に押さえ込まれるが、
２回裏に４番村田のヒットと５番スレッジの四球、
更に６番大西の送りバントで１死２・３塁とチャンスを作り出すが、
７番橋本の打球はファーストゴロ、８番カスティーヨは敬遠され、
９番三浦はショートゴロに打ち取られて先制機を逸してしまう。
ここまで対村中は少ないチャンスを確実にモノにすることで攻略してきた横浜打線。
ところが決定的ともいえる２回裏のチャンスを逃したことが、
この後の試合展開に大きな影を落とす事になる。
３回裏に１番下園がヒットで出塁し、２番石川が送りバントで１死２塁とするも、
３番内川と村田が相次いで凡退し、またしてもチャンスを逸すると、
４回表に２死からガイエルにツーベースを許すと、
新戦力の５番ホワイトセルにツーランホームランを被弾し、先制を許してしまう。
意外と言えば意外な、三浦らしいと言えばらしい形で失点を喫した横浜だが、
此処から試合は一方的な展開になるとは、誰も予想していなかった。
５回表、先制されたとき同様に簡単に２死を取った三浦は、
９番村中に粘られて四球での出塁を許すと青木にはヒット、
続く田中にスリーベースを許すと飯原にもヒットを許してビハインドは５点に。
６回表は３番手の江尻が６番相川のヒット、７番宮本の打球をファンブルし、
８番藤本には四球を与えて傷口を広げると、村中・田中にタイムリーを浴びて８点差。
８回表には５番手高崎が田中のヒットと飯原のスリーベース、
更にホワイトセルにタイムリーを許して１０点目を失い止めを刺されれば、
打撃陣は村中の前に３回以降はチャンスらしいチャンスを作り出すことが叶わず敗戦。
ある意味いつも通りというべきか、拙攻と投手炎上で敗れ去った。
まあ、相変わらず打てないのは変わっていない訳ですが、
それでもチーム打率３位だったりしたのは得点に繋がらないところで打っているわけで、
裏を返せばそれだけ残塁数が多い非効率的な攻撃だということでもあります。
ヒット１５本で１０得点の東京ヤクルトと、ヒット８本で０得点の横浜。
投手もさることながら、これじゃあ勝てるわけありませんよね。
投手に関しても及第点をつけられるのはワンポイントリリーフだった加藤康介だけ。
小林は相変わらず登板直後にボール先行の投球で四球を出したり、
カウントを取りに行く玉を捉えられたりと、
失点こそしていないものの大量ビハインドとは思えない体たらくな内容でした。
とにかく横浜の投手陣は２死から簡単に失点する癖をなんとかしないと。
回の頭からいきなり捕まってフルボッコよりも、
明らかに２死無走者という状況から連打を食らって失点するケースが多いです。
ここを改善できない限り、投手防御率は悪くなる一方な気がしますね。
さて、明日も横浜と東京ヤクルトは沖縄で試合がありますが、
恐らく横浜の先発は加賀でしょう。
