横浜ベイスターズはどうなるのか？ [横浜ベイスターズ2011]
通常ならばレギュラーシーズン→ＣＳ→ドラフト→日本シリーズ、
というのがプロ野球の主な流れになっているわけですが、今年は震災の影響で開幕が遅れたため、
レギュラーシーズン→ドラフト→ＣＳ→日本シリーズとなっています。
で、ドラフトの揉め事も毎年恒例となる通過儀礼みたいなものでしょうかね。
今年のドラフトは東海大の菅野投手がその中心となった感じではありますが……
でもまあ周囲の思惑というか、雰囲気に流されていたように見える部分もありますけどね。
一昨年の長野選手、昨年の澤村投手同様に「巨人が獲得すべきだ」という空気が出来上がって、
日ハムはその流れに待ったをかけたような感じでしょうかね。
まあ、今回は原監督の甥っ子という部分もあり、日ハムに横から掻っ攫われて怒り心頭なのは
判らなくもないわけですが、それに対する批判が憲法違反というのは正直どうなのだろうか？と。
(日ハムが強硬指名したことではなく、ドラフト制度そのものが違憲、という意味ですが)
それじゃあプロ志望届けって、ただ単にプロ野球選手にもなりますよっていう、
資格の意味しか持ち合わせていないのだろうか？
とまあ、少々グダグダと書きましたが、とりあえず横浜ベイスターズのお話を。
横浜ベイスターズ ２０１１年度最終成績
勝利数：４７(１２球団最小、唯一の５０勝未満)
敗戦数：８６(１２球団最多、４年連続９０敗を回避するも唯一の８０敗以上)
引分数：１１(リーグ２位タイ、１２球団でも２位タイ)
勝率：.353(１２球団最低、勝率４割に満たない唯一のチーム)
総得点：４２３(セ・リーグ５位、１２球団中１１位という低さ。最少得点は優勝した中日ドラゴンズ)
総失点：５８７(１２球団最多失点、５００失点以上は５球団だが５５０失点以上は唯一)
本塁打：７８(セ・リーグ５位、１２球団で８位という少なさ。３桁に届かないのは２００２年以来)
打率：.239(１２球団中１１位の低さ、最低打率は優勝した中日ドラゴンズ)
防御率：3.87(２００５年以来の３点台も１２球団最低の防御率)
上記以外に特筆すべきことは、１２球団で唯一２桁勝利投手がいない。
(最多は高崎投手と三浦投手の５勝)
１２球団最小盗塁数の３１(SBの川崎選手、東北楽天の内村選手と同数)
といったところでしょうかねえ。
横浜は現在、球団身売り交渉の最中であり来シーズンの陣容は未だ不透明なまま。
チームは既に秋季キャンプを開始してはいるものの、指揮官不在。
指揮を執った尾花監督以下一軍スタッフは来シーズンの陣容確定まで休養中の状態であり、
身売りが確定すれば現在の一軍スタッフは総退陣とも言われているが、その後任は未確定。
外国人に関しても契約更新は今のところブランドン投手のみで、スレッジ選手や
ハーパー選手の退団は濃厚。
村田選手に関しても加地社長がＦＡしても無理には引き止めない旨の発言をしているため、
こちらも移籍する可能性が非常に高く、クリーンナップが一度に退団するという状況に陥る可能性大。
(実際内川選手のときもシーズン中は引き止める姿勢を見せたけど、本当に姿勢だけでしたからね。
だからといって移籍後の内川選手の発言の全てを許す気にはなれませんが)
加えて今回のドラフト結果……
即戦力候補の左腕・藤岡投手を千葉ロッテ・東北楽天との競合の末に外すと、
一転して高校生中心に将来性を見込んだ育成重視路線へと変更。
育成選手２名を含む１１名中８名が高校生という、補強と呼ぶにはお粗末な結果に。
シーズンも５位から１１ゲーム離されたダントツ最下位ならば、ドラフトの結果も最下位といえるかと。
加えて来シーズンのフロントもどうなるか判らず、
補強戦略やら監督人事やらも未知数この上ない中で唯一判っていることは、
今年よりも確実に戦力ダウンした状態で戦わねばならない、ということだけでしょうね。
少しでも希望の光が見えればそれに越したことは無いのですが、
残念ながらそれが見えない状況。
どうやらチーム名にモバゲーを入れるのは却下されそうですが、親会社はDeNAでほぼ確定っぽく、
少なくとも来年一年間は「ゲイスターズ」の蔑称を甘受するしかなさそうなのが辛いところですね。
まあ落合監督以下、旧中日ドラゴンズ一軍スタッフが纏めて横浜の一軍スタッフになるなら、
多少はマシになるのかもしれませんが……多分無理だろうなあ。

何が言いたいかわからない。たとえばドラフトがお粗末と。では、何位で誰を指名すればよかったのかはっきり書いてください。１位もだしゃにいくべくだった？ しかし１位候補は左ばかり、足立に行けば満足でしたか。２位は誰ですか。捕手は不要ですか？ 去年のように下位で捕手をとればよかったですか？ 高城は３位では取れませんよ。誰なら即戦力でしたか？いまでも１２球団１の高齢チームで、投手偏重チームです。また、社会人ばかりドラフトに行けばよかったですか？ 森とか高宮のような左腕がほしかったですか？
